If you have a complaint, we ask that you first report it to QuaWonen. This gives the landlord the opportunity to resolve the issue and ensures that a record is created.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with your landlord, we can provide advice and, where possible, offer mediation. It is important that there is a record that can be referred to.
