If you have a complaint about your home, we ask that you first report it to QuaWonen. This gives the landlord the opportunity to resolve the issue and ensures that a record is created. This record is important if further steps are needed.
Are you unable to resolve the issue with your landlord? Then you can contact us. We can provide advice and, where possible, offer mediation. It is important that you have already reported the issue to QuaWonen.
We support tenants with various questions and issues, such as maintenance complaints, rent and service charges, disputes with the landlord, and nuisance in the living environment. We provide advice and work together to find a suitable solution.
We are not a complaints office and do not resolve issues ourselves. The landlord remains responsible for addressing complaints. However, we can guide you, provide advice, and, where possible, offer mediation to help reach a solution.

The Tenants’ Association Samen Wonen (HSW) has existed since 13 February 1997 and is the organisation representing the interests of tenants of QuaWonen within our operating area.
